Those of you familiar with Anime Central know that overall it is a cool and awesome event. I've been attending it since ACen 2, and more or less consider it my patron anime con.

For those of you unfamiliar with it, Anime Central (aka. ACen) is a large anime convention held in Chicago in the early part of May. It features all kinds of fun events for both kids and adults, including cosplay contests, anime trivia contests, a spectacular video game room featuring stuff that hasn't even been imported over from Japan yet, a huge artists alley and dealer's room, great guests and panels, karaoke, and of course, screenings of anime.
